Refunds

All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.  Because we do not offer ready-to-use solutions or software, we cannot offer returns, and our refund is limited to certain situations and services.

Subscription fees:

Our dedication to your success extends beyond REDCap® project design; we offer quarterly premium customer support. This subscription-based service gives you access to a specialized team of professionals who can help with queries, technical issues, and customization. Our team offers prompt assistance, maximizing the potential of your REDCap® project.

We do appreciate that most project owners have limited funding. Therefore, we provide an affordable post-implementation service paid quarterly rather than annually. Clients can subscribe to this service at any time.

We only offer refunds in exceptional situations where we cannot resolve the issue(s) you encounter. In that case, we will refund the quarterly fee.
